All orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne the next business day after you place your order.

Shipping Times & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 Business Days — $11.99

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 Business Days — $14.99

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags still attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return, contact our support team first. We’ll provide you with return instructions, including where to send the item. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us right away—we’ll make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Visibly Used items

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (after approval) and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 4-6 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund. If it’s been 10+ business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

I want a different size Hoodie and Pants - Will I still pay the set price?

Yes! If you’d like different sizes or designs for the Hoodie and Pants, just add them individually to your cart instead of the full set. The set ($129 + Free Shipping) price will apply automatically at checkout.

Absolutely! You can hand wash it or machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold to warm water (up to 40°C). Use a mild detergent and let it air dry for the best results.
